Accessibility
Accessibility statement
Liba Systems builds software for public bodies and regulated organisations. We treat access to that software as a requirement rather than a feature, and we hold this website to the same standard.
Statement last reviewed 20 August 2026
Conformance status
This website was built to conform to the following standards. Conformance was assessed by an internal review of the site’s markup, its keyboard operation and what screen readers report.
What we have done
Accessibility is implemented in the site itself rather than through an overlay widget, so it works with the assistive technology a visitor already uses.
- Semantic HTML landmarks and a single, ordered heading structure on every page.
- Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- A link that skips straight to the content, as the first focusable element on each page.
- Text contrast that meets or exceeds a ratio of 4.5:1 against its background.
- Animation and motion are disabled automatically when the operating system requests reduced motion.
- Accessible names on controls that show only an icon, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields with permanent visible labels, spoken announcements for required fields, and errors linked to the field they belong to.
- Full support for writing from right to left in Hebrew, including layout, punctuation and reading order.
- Content that reflows without loss of information down to a 320 pixel viewport width, and remains usable at 200% zoom.
Known limitations
We would rather set these out plainly than claim full conformance everywhere. We are working through the list.
- The animated diagrams that illustrate the platform are decorative. They are hidden from screen readers, and the same information is available as text beside them.
- Documents supplied to customers, such as tender responses and control mappings, are delivered on request in an accessible format.
- The contact form is submitted through an outside delivery service. We monitor it for accessibility problems but do not control its code.
Tested with
The site is tested against the following browsers and assistive technologies.
- Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile.
- Screen readers: NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android.
- Accessibility settings in the operating system, including text enlargement, high contrast and reduced motion.
